ここ赤湯は歴史のあるワインの生産地です。

ぶどうの収穫量国内3位の山形県にある11のワイナリーのうち、4つが赤湯温泉にあり、ワイン通も認める個性溢れるワインが楽しめます。

昼夜の気温差が大きい盆地特有の気候、水はけのいい土地柄で、ぶどう栽培に最適な場所であり、畑近くの白竜湖から発生する上昇気流のおかげで風通しが良く、美味しいぶどうが実る条件が揃っています。
そして、ぶどう畑の多くは南向きの斜面にあり、朝から夕方まで日光をたっぷり浴びるため、糖度の高い上質なぶどうが実るのです。

こうして美味しく育ったぶどうを丁寧に手積みで収穫して造られたワインが味わえると人気です。

当館でも、地元ワイナリーのワインをご用意しておりますので、山形の旬の味覚に合わせて、お好みの一品を見つけてみてはいかがでしょうか。

Here Akayu is wine producing region with history.

Yamagata prefecture is top 3 producing grapes in the country, 4 out of 11 wineries are located in Akayu region. Full of individuality, wine lovers will enjoy drinking!

The temperature difference of the day and night is a good nature of the locality of the climate and the drainage peculiar to big basin and is the place most suitable for grape cultivation.

It’s well ventilated thanks to the updraft which occurs from Hakuryuko near the field and has complete set of the condition to bear a good grape.

To be bathed in sunlight much from a morning to nightfall in a south-facing slope, much in a vineyard bears the grape excellent in quality with the high sugar content.
