Contents:Enjoy drinks using No.6 Yeast with rich Yamagata local ingredient used cuisine, providing the unforgettable evening with the precious story from breweries.

【6号酵母とは？】

現存最古の清酒酵母「6号酵母」は、昭和5年に秋田県の「新政酒造（あらまさしゅぞう）」で発見され、失敗が多かった酒造りの転機となる画期的な酵母として、全国各地の酒蔵で使われました。

次第に使われなくなった6号酵母ですが、“この酵母を使った日本酒は、味深く、優しい香りがする”と、酒造りの関係者から改めて注目を集めています。

No.6 Yeast, the oldest Sake Yeast currently exists was found in Aramasa Shuzo, Akita in 1930. It was then used by breweries widely spread all Japan as epoch-making Yeast.
Recently this long forgotten No.6 Yeast used Sake has attracted attention again for its rich and gentle aroma.
